Ludovic Humbert has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ludovic is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at 3D-Shaper Medical since September 2020. Prior to this, they co-founded Galgo Medical SL in 2013, where they also held the position of Director of the Musculoskeletal Unit. Ludovic played a significant role in the development of the company's main product, 3D-SHAPER, a software used for analyzing bone in 3D from DXA scans. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ludovic worked as a Research Fellow at Universitat Pompeu Fabra - UPF from 2009 to 2013 and at CIBER BBN from 2011 to 2012. Ludovic also holds a PhD in Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they worked as a PhD student from 2005 to 2008.
Ludovic Humbert completed their education in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering. In 2004, they obtained their Master's degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Ludovic continued their academic journey and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the same institution, graduating in 2008.
