Gil Razy-Oren has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades.

Gil started their career in 1990 with the Israel Defense Forces, serving in the military for three years. Following their military service, Gil worked as a farmer for four years as a self-employed individual.

In 1997, they transitioned to the construction industry, working as a wooden houses builder for Ziv Alon until 1999. Gil then joined Guy Ayal as a carpenter from 2005 to 2007.

Gil then entered the technology sector, starting with a role as a Manual QA Engineer at Polycom in 2007. Gil later served as a Field Support Engineer and Beta Manager before becoming a Technical Account Manager from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Gil joined Cisco as a Technical Account Support and DevOps professional for nearly a year.

Following their tenure at Cisco, Gil joined N2WS - a Veeam Company in 2017 as a Senior Customer Support Engineer. In this role, they handled customer escalations, managed customer satisfaction, and set up customer environments. Gil worked extensively with Linux, scripting languages such as PowerShell and bash, and AWS environment.

In 2019, Gil transitioned to 3d Signals, starting as a Customer Support and QA Manager before progressing to become the Customer Support and Installation Team Manager. Gil then briefly served as the Head of Customer Support before assuming their current role as a DevOps Engineer.

Gil Razy-Oren earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management for Managers from Ruppin Academic Center. Gil attended the institution from 2004 to 2007, completing their undergraduate studies within that time frame.
