Danielle Piper is an Entry Biomedical Engineer at 3D Systems Corporation, having previously interned as a Rehabilitation Engineer at Craig Hospital and as a Chemist Intern at TDA Research. At Craig Hospital, Danielle designed innovative medical devices, including a 3D printed feeding cuff and a suprapubic catheter valve opener, enhancing patient independence. During the internship at TDA Research, Danielle significantly increased sorbent synthesis and participated in collaborative projects with biomedical engineers. In addition to engineering experience, Danielle served as a Dance Instructor and Choreographer at MOVE by Morelli, teaching diverse age groups while fostering positive relationships with students and parents. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
