Julien Rouillac

Julien Rouillac is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in industrial design and human-machine interaction, currently serving as Design Director at 3D Systems Corporation since 2013. In this role, Julien leads design initiatives for all hardware, previously holding positions such as Principal XD Industrial Designer and Principal Additive Application Designer, where responsibilities included leading product design and utilizing CAD/CAM tools for additive manufacturing. Prior to 3D Systems, Julien worked as a Senior & Lead Industrial Designer at NewDealDesign, collaborating with notable brands like Google and Intel. Julien also has teaching experience as a Design Instructor at the Academy of Art University and has contributed to design projects at various other companies, including CBD Group and Faurecia. Julien holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from ISD Institut Supérieur de Design and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering and Production from IUT Ville d'Avray.
