Muireann Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Muireann began their career as a Sales Assistant at Primark Stores Ltd in 2006, followed by a role at House of Fraser in 2007. Muireann then joined C & J Clark Ltd as a Sales Assistant, where they excelled in delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and training new team members.

In 2011, Muireann gained experience as a Student Intern with EPSC at IChemE, where they focused on process safety practices in the chemical industry. Muireann later joined Accenture in 2012 as an IT Business Analyst, working on complex public service projects and developing strong skills in stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Muireann joined Ryanair in 2015, contributing to their digital transformation by implementing a new CMS for the website and working on the mobile app team as a Digital Business Analyst. Muireann then joined Draftstars in 2016 as a Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst, helping set up offshore development teams and leading the implementation of agile ways of working.

At Jetstar Airways, Muireann served as a Product Owner, owning the digital customer experience for flight disruptions and collaborating with commercial and operational stakeholders to improve customer experience and drive down costs.

Currently, Muireann is working at 3D4Medical from Elsevier as a Product Manager, where they lead product management initiatives and plays a crucial role in the development and improvement of their offerings.

Muireann Lyons completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin, from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Leaving Certificate from Our Lady's Grove, Goatstown, from 2003 to 2008. Muireann also has additional certifications in Leadership and Management, Foundations in Design Thinking, Product Management, Professional Scrum Product Owner I, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and ISTQB Foundation Course.
