Shelley Amster

Shelley Amster is a co-founder, advisor, and board member at 3Daughters, focusing on developing innovative healthcare products for women, including a non-hormonal contraceptive IUD. As the founder and principal of ShelleyCO, LLC, Shelley serves as a relationship builder and management integrator for entrepreneurs and executives. Active in various advisory roles, Shelley contributes to organizations such as the Mansfield Bio-Incubator, Nephrogen, and the Advancing Drug Development Forum. Previous experience includes consulting for DxNow, Inc.'s ZyMōt Fertility and business development for Juniper Pharma Services. An advocate for biotechnology and health-related initiatives, Shelley also founded the Annual MassBio CRO CMO Symposium, aimed at enhancing industry practices. Shelley holds a BSMT in Medical Technology from the University of New England and MRHS credentials.
