Pieter Schuurs

Pieter Schuurs serves as a member of the Management Board at 3Degrees Europe BV and holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Stichting Investor Loss Compensation since February 2024. Schuurs is also a bestuurslid at Stichting Certificaathouders Triodos Bank and a member of the ESMA Securities and Markets Stakeholdergroup. Previously, Schuurs was the Chairman of EUROPEX, President & COO of ICE Endex, and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Dutch Private Investors Association. Additional past roles include COO at APX-ENDEX and a member of the Supervisory Board at European Commodity Clearing AG. Schuurs has a rich academic background with a degree in Private Law and Social and Economic Law from Utrecht University, focusing on capital markets and European economic integration.
