Shamekia Moss

Shamekia Moss is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at 3Degrees Group, Inc. since July 2022, focusing on strategic partnerships to enhance learning initiatives for a global workforce while addressing climate change challenges. Previously, as the Global Learning and Development Lead at ALS from September 2019 to June 2022, Shamekia coordinated comprehensive program planning and development efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as Employee Engagement Manager at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, where oversight of HR policies and collaboration with executive leadership were paramount. Shamekia also led the Staff Development Team as Human Resource Manager at the same organization. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Prairie View A&M University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
