Crystal Carruthers

Crystal Carruthers has extensive experience in learning and development within Purolator Inc., having joined the company in December 1999 and progressing through various roles, including Training & Quality Assurance Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Since April 2011, Crystal has held multiple leadership positions, currently serving as Manager of Learning & Development National Programs, and has previously worked as Regional Learning and Development Manager and Senior Learning Development Consultant for Eastern Canada. Educational background includes studies at St. Francis Xavier University.
