Shrivathsa Ballal

Shrivathsa Ballal has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. In 1997, they were an Associate General Manager at MphasiS, where they delivered a $1M critical care health information system project with GE Health. In 2007, they joined Accenture as a Manager, Senior Technology Architect, and was the Lead Architect for globalizing Marriott. In 2010, they began working at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Software Architect in the Customer Support Division. During their time at EA, they were promoted multiple times and eventually became the Managing Director of EA IT - Core Engineering, where they built a $30M+ global engineering delivery organization from the ground up. In 2017, they joined DJO Global as the VP - Global Enterprise Architecture & Engineering and was responsible for building an Enterprise Architecture and Engineering organization within IT. Shrivathsa also took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at WatchBox, where they were responsible for overseeing the delivery function and implementing business systems and technologies. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Founding Member of the Executive Council Network (ECN). In 2023, they co-founded 3dHoudini, where Web3 and 3D printing intersect.

Shrivathsa Ballal has a diverse educational background. Shrivathsa completed a Major in Mathematics and Physics from Gulbarga University. Shrivathsa then went on to pursue a Berkeley Chief Technology Officer Program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with a focus on Business and Technology. Shrivathsa also obtained a The Blockchain Business Imperative from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business with a focus on Blockchain Technology and its applicability across business domains. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Business Analytics for Leaders: From Data to Decisions from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, The Blockchain Business Imperative from the University of Maryland - Robert H.
