Emre Kazdagli

Emre Kazdagli is a co-founder and CTO of F2 since September 2025 and previously served as CTO and Founding Principal Engineer at Arc from October 2021 to September 2025. At LinkedIn, from January 2018 to October 2021, Emre held the position of Staff Software Engineer in Machine Learning, leading cross-organizational projects focused on enhancing machine learning algorithms for skills-based hiring, achieving over 3x improvement in hiring outcomes and 20x increase in screener questions coverage. Emre co-founded ScoreBeyond, which was acquired by LinkedIn, and has a background in founding several companies, including Stringer Labs and Core Internet Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University.
