Nneile Nkholise has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to 2021. Nneile began their career in 2010 as a Mechanical Engineer trainee at Bloem Water. In 2011, they moved to the Free State Department of Public Works as a Mechanical Technologist. In 2013 and 2014, they held the role of Deputy Chef de Mission - FISU World Student Games at University Sport South Africa (USSA). In 2014, they became the Founder of iMed Tech. In 2015, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist at Dihlase Consulting Engineers and as a Mission Head - FASU World Student Games at USSA. In 2019, they were an Entrepreneur In Residence at Harambeans. In 2021, they were a Founder at THOLA | Techstars’21 and a FC21 Fellow at Founders Cafe.

Nneile Nkholise obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2008, majoring in Physics & Computer Science with a minor in Economics & Business Accounting. Nneile then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (MEng) from Central University of Technology, Free State in 2013, focusing on Mechanical Engineering, which they have paused. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Occupational Health and Safety from SETA.
