Gilles Heber-Suffrin has extensive work experience in the field of IT and customer service. Gilles is currently the Customer Service and IT Director at 3DISC, starting in March 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Groupe Visiodent as Responsable support applications from December 2017 to March 2021. In this position, they were responsible for managing the backlog, creating and updating technician requests, implementing a new ticketing tool, and providing weekly reports. Gilles also handled the prioritization and monitoring of critical incidents for optimal resolution, as well as the creation and management of a knowledge base.
