Kevin Theatin

Lead System Engineer at 3DISC

Kevin Theatin has worked in the engineering field since 2014. In 2017, they began working as a Lead System Engineer for 3DISC, where they designed intraoral scanner manufacturing process architecture, stereo geometry, and opto-mechanical fixtures for intra-oral scanners production. Prior to this role, they worked as an Engineering Apprentice for MECABESS, where they completed mechanical engineering tasks such as 3D modeling and drawing of an existing horizontal windmill, and software programming tasks such as creating friendly applications for employees. Kevin also designed, developed, and implemented a removable UR5 connected to a 5 axis CNC.

Kevin Theatin attended HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Pierre de Coubertin, Meaux(77100) from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate's degree in Mechanics and Industrial Automation.
