Senior Mechanical Engineer - R&D Division at 3DISC

Yash Gore is a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the R&D Division at 3DISC, a position they have held since 2022. From 2017-2019, Yash was a Mechanical Engineer at Hansgrohe North America, where they provided critical support to internal departments in designing, developing, specifying and testing all aspects of mechanical components, equipment and machinery needed for quality testing and production. In 2016, they were a Design Engineer at Jack Cooper Transport & Logistics, where they were part of a team sponsored for the Senior Design Expo at Georgia Tech. Additionally, from 2015-2016, Yash was a Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they worked on new and novel iterations of a temperature differential Stirling engine, performed calculations using fluid dynamics and heat transfer principles, and conducted research on the application and material properties of cellulose nanocomposites in polymer suspension. Finally, in 2013, they were a Summer Intern at ADS Architectural Consultants, where they drafted over a dozen individual floorplans with revisions and participated in multiple site meetings.

Yash Gore obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Georgia Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2016. In October 2017, they obtained a certification in Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Yash also obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Udemy in October 2017.
