Ratih Loviesta Nurbed

Ratih Loviesta Nurbed has worked in the technology industry since 2013. Ratih Loviesta began their career as an Intern at Telekomunikasi Indonesia in 2013 and continued as an Intern at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta in 2014. In 2015, they joined Huawei Technologies as an Assistant Service Solution Sales and a VAS Engineer, where they were responsible for managing Service Projects for PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia and handling EVC systems. In 2019, they joined 3Dolphins.ai (PT. InMotion Inovasi Teknologi) as a Project Manager and Functional Consultant, where they provided consultation to customers on how to make chatbots efficient on digital platforms, developed and trained chatbots, and researched and analyzed the latest internet chatbot trends.

Ratih Loviesta Nurbed obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Institut Teknologi Telkom in 2015. In 2021, they also obtained an ACA Cloud Computing Certification from Alibaba Cloud.
