Olga Novikova has a master's degree in Electromechanical drive and automation of technological complex mechanisms from Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. Olga also has a master's degree in Electromechanical automation systems and electric drive from Donetsk National Technical University. Olga has a bachelor's degree in Power and Electrical Engineering/Electric drive and automation from Donetsk National Technical University.
