Denise Jacobs

Denise Jacobs is an experienced professional specializing in customer success and sustainability. Currently serving as the Lead of Customer Training and Customer Success Manager at 3E since April 2021, Denise previously held the position of Lead of Customer Success at Futureproofed from April 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing all users of FutureproofedCities, a platform designed to help cities implement climate action. Denise began a career in sustainability as a Project Engineer at Futureproofed consultancy from September 2016 to September 2018, engaging in environmental audits, workshops, and supporting sustainable building projects. Early professional experience includes internships at Innovatiesteunpunt and BenSBugS, focusing on market research for algae applications and cost price calculation, respectively. Denise holds a Master's degree in Bio-engineering with a focus on Agriculture, Animal Production, and Sustainability from KU Leuven.
