Kevin McBrearty is a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at 3E. With experience in managing multiple developer teams, Kevin hires and mentors junior staff to develop enterprise level software. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, Kevin led a migration from PowerBuilder to web-based applications, educating developers on technical debt. At Informediate Inc, Kevin worked as a Consultant and Systems Analyst, creating and customizing Business Intelligence solutions. Earlier in their career at Unizan Bank and United National Bank & Trust, Kevin excelled in customer service and electronic banking. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology from Kent State and an Associates Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Stark State College of Technology.
