Omar Shafi

Omar Shafi has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Omar is currently the President of 3GIMBALS and has been the Director of Corporate Development at the same company from 2017 to 2023. Omar owns O & Company, which they started in 2017.

Omar was the owner of The UPS Store from 2012 to 2021. Prior to this, they worked at L3Harris Technologies as the Manager of Corporate Development from 2014 to 2017. Here, they were responsible for turnaround strategy, partnership development, and corporate growth planning. Omar also led the strategic initiatives for the company's space business.

In their early career, Omar worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at The Clearing from 2012 to 2014 and as an Associate Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2007 to 2012. Omar started their career as a Strategy Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Omar's interest lies in business development and growth planning, process improvement, and efficiency.

Omar Shafi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University's School of Business, which they earned between 2004 and 2008. Omar recently obtained a certification in Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute in April 2011. Currently, Omar is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, which ends in 2022.
