Michelle Wurgler

Michelle Wurgler has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Volunteer Board Member for 3i Housing of Maine since January 2020, Michelle also holds the position of Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at Martin's Point Health Care, a role undertaken from September 2021 to June 2025. Previous positions include President of CieloGov at Cielo Global Holdings LLC from January 2020 to July 2021, and multiple key roles at L.L.Bean from 2008 to 2019, culminating in Director of Engineering, PMO, Safety, QA & Inventory Control. Michelle's earlier experience includes technology and project management roles at TD, xwave, Computer Science Corporation, and Tundra Semiconductor, along with volunteer board service for the American Red Cross. Educational credentials include a degree from Bowling Green State University.
