Tifft Gannon serves as the Director of North America Thermal Sales at Vertiv, where responsibilities include driving sales growth through culture change and strategic selling processes. With a background in sales and product management within the HVAC industry, Tifft has held various roles at companies such as Emerson Network Power, Trane, and Gardiner Trane Building Services, focusing on large-scale transactions and product launches. In addition to professional achievements, Tifft is actively involved with Young Life as a volunteer leader, mentor, board member, and event speaker, dedicated to mentoring high school students. Tifft holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
