Shilpa Pai

Shilpa Pai has over 19 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Shilpa is currently the Head of HR for 3i Infotech's India Business. Prior to this, they were the Vice President & Global Head of HR for QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Assistant Vice President & Head of HR for Continuum Managed Services, LLC, and Director & Head of HR for Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Shilpa has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Mumbai University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pune University.

Shilpa Pai has a Fellowship programme in Organisational HRM from World HR Board, a Post MBA Certificate Programme in Advanced Human Capital Management and O.D from SRIIOM, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Goa University - Goa Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Goa University.
