Raosaheb Kangane

Raosaheb Kangane has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR at Kotak Mahindra Bank since September 2008. Prior to this role, Raosaheb held the position of Head of HR Industrial Relations at Radico Khaitan Ltd from December 2007 to August 2008, and worked as Plant HR Industrial Relations at SHAW WALLACE LIMITED from December 1990 to May 2006. Raosaheb holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Pune University, which was completed between August 1998 and June 2000.
