William Green

William Green is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer at GINKGO REIT Inc. and a member of 3i Members, William Green also holds positions as a Board Member at Royal Oak Realty Trust and Principal at Ginkgo Residential, where CFO skills are applied to multifamily management and investment. In addition, William serves as Lead Independent Director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, has previously managed 17 Pembroke Advisors LLC and Cazenovia Creek Investment Management, and held executive roles at Tannery Brook Partners, Starwood Capital, and Wachovia Securities LLC. William Green earned an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
