Kevin Dunn

Kevin Dunn is the current General Counsel and Company Secretary at 3i. Kevin has held this position since January of 2002. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel - Europe for GE CFS from January 2002 to December 2007. Kevin also served as the European General Counsel for GE Commercial Finance from January 2002 to December 2006, and as the European General Counsel for GE Capital from January 2002 to December 2007.

Kevin Dunn studied law at the City of Birmingham Polytechnic before completing their MA at the University of Cambridge. Kevin then went on to study law at Trinity Hall, Cambridge.

They are on a team with Jasi Halai - Chief Operating Officer, Bernardo Sottomayor - Managing Partner, Co-Head of European Infrastructure, and Julien Marie - CHRO. Kevin Dunn reports to Simon Borrows, CEO.
