Audrey Portes

Audrey Portes is the Chief of Staff of 3ie, providing the executive director with strategic support on forging strong partnerships, strategic innovation and communication, and on project management excellence. She manages 3ie's Senior Fellows programme, collaborates with the Strategic Communication Office and supports the planning and organisation of 3ie’s evidence events. She is also the Editorial Associate for the Journal of Development Effectiveness (JDeff).

Audrey has over ten years of experience in project management, communications and business and possesses experience in the field of using and promoting evidence. Prior to joining 3ie, she was working as a Senior Project Manager at The Campbell Collaboration based in Norway, and was managing internal communications, annual events and providing support to the Board and CEO. She was also a managing editor for several coordinating groups. Previously, she has worked with Apple Inc., as an Account Manager.

Audrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lille, France and an MSc in Communication and Public Relations from the Institute of Communication Sciences of the University of Grenoble, France. She also has a Master’s degree in teaching French.
