Ben Bayliss

Ben Bayliss currently serves as Chief of Staff at Artificial Analysis, a leading independent benchmarking company for AI, since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ben was Senior Strategy Manager at Suntory Global Spirits from April 2022 to June 2025, where significant achievements included integrating Suntory Global Spirits and Frucor Suntory into a $3B+ Oceania business and leading the development of major strategic initiatives. Ben's earlier experience includes an Engagement Manager position at Advancy, a boutique strategy consultancy, where responsibilities encompassed leading strategy and M&A engagements across various regions and sectors, along with previous roles at Crescendo Partners. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from The Australian National University.
