Dislène supports the implementation of the West Africa Capacity-Building and Impact Evaluation (WACIE) program. She also contributes to other 3ie evidence synthesis research, including systematic reviews and evidence and gap maps. She has also worked with the Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP), contributing substantially to the design and implementation of a cluster randomized control trial (RCT) in Benin to test a novel way of encouraging the adoption of improved maize seeds. Through her academic coursework and her professional experiences, she has a solid background in evidence synthesis; design and implementation research projects; data management and analysis (with STATA, SPSS, or MATLAB); and policy engagement. She holds a master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from the African School of Economics, and a micro master in Applied Development Economics from the University of Laval. Her research interests are applied econometrics, development economics, and social networks.
