As the director of research and evaluation, my role spans organizational level evaluation such as tracking on the GSP strategic plan and leadership priorities, to external contract level evaluation for coaches looking to assess growth, opportunities, or change in their school or district partners. I manage the methodological design and analysis of data collection to measure GSP's impact of our coaching model in collaboration with coaching directors.
