Etienne Lwamba

Etienne supports the production of systematic reviews, evidence gap maps and contributes to the Development Evidence Portal. He is currently managing the production of a gender and peacebuilding systematic review.

Etienne's background is in governance and peacebuilding with experience managing large international development projects. Prior to joining 3ie, Etienne worked with IMC Worldwide supporting research, business development and project management.

He also worked with the Overseas Development Institute, on the EdTech Hub programme funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. Etienne holds a MSc in Conflicts and Development from Sciences Po Lille, France and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma Programme at the London School of Economics, UK.
