Katie McDonald is an accomplished business operations and project management professional with significant experience spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at 3iQ Corp since May 2021, Katie has also held various leadership roles including Director - Project Management and Senior Manager of Business Projects within the same organization. Prior to this, Katie worked at Sun Life as a Manager of Business Projects & Solutions and Project Manager from December 2015 to May 2021. Katie's earlier career includes positions at BlackBerry, where responsibilities included Senior Project Manager of Global Product Operations, and roles within the Ontario Waste Management Association and Thundersport Consulting. Katie holds an Honours Co-op degree in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo and furthered education at the University of Toronto.
