Alan Schoenburg

Alan Schoenburg is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading and managing design teams. Currently, Alan serves as the Director of UX Design at 3M, a position held since August 2017, with prior roles including Senior UX Design Manager, Principal UX Designer, and Lead UX Prototyping Designer. Before 3M, Alan was with NovuHealth from November 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included bridging UX/UI ideals and development realities, creating prototypes, and producing front-end code. Earlier in the career, Alan contributed to FindLaw, a Thomson Reuters business, as a Senior Front End Developer from October 2008 to November 2012, focusing on marketing websites and adopting new technologies. Alan's journey began at Pevnick Design, where responsibilities encompassed web development and multimedia authoring. Alan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2007.
