Alisha Ayre, MBA, CSCP, LSSBB, is a Global Supply Chain Executive with over 20 years of experience in operational excellence and thoughtful leadership. They have held various roles at notable companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton, W. R. Grace & Co., and Johnson & Johnson, where they drove supply chain transformation and managed complex logistics operations. Currently, Alisha serves as the Director of Global Logistics at 3M, focusing on business partner management and performance. Alisha earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA in Global Supply Chain from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
