Amanda Sagstetter

Amanda Sagstetter is a seasoned design and IA/UX lead at 3M since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading design efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams on agile marketing projects. Prior experience includes freelance design work for MVP Marketing + Design and Peggy Lauritsen Design Group, along with a significant role in brand development at Thrivent Financial, contributing to a brand refresh. Amanda has also served as Brand Design Manager at Syncada LLC, where brand management and design efforts were key, and held graphic design positions at USP Structural Connectors, Colorado Youth at Risk, and SUPERVALU. Amanda earned a B.S. in Design Communication from the University of Minnesota in 2001.
