Anya Balke

Anya Balke is a communications professional currently serving as a Global Communications Senior Strategist at 3M since April 2025. Prior experience includes working at Allison Worldwide from April 2022 to April 2025 as an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive in Corporate Affairs. Anya began at FleishmanHillard as an Account Executive in the Technology Practice before gaining foundational experience at Carmichael Lynch Relate in various roles, including Assistant Account Executive and Account Coordinator. Additional internships at Sharp Communications, Greenspring Media, The Minnesota Daily, and C&G Media Group further developed skills in public relations and marketing. Anya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, where academic performance earned a place on the Dean’s List, with a focus on Strategic Communication and Business Management.
