Aparna Sardar

Aparna Sardar is a seasoned human resources professional with a rich background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Country Head for Human Resources at 3M in India, Aparna has previously held significant roles such as Coaching and Learning Development Manager for the APAC region and Head of Learning and Organisational Development. At TESCO HSC, Aparna contributed as a Senior Manager in Leadership and Organisational Development, and prior to that, served as the Training Delivery Head at Mphasis, an EDS company.
