Peter Luisser

Peter Luisser has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Peter is currently the VP of Human Resources, Program, and Change Management at Flowserve Corporation, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Peter served as the Head of HR for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMA) at Flowserve Corporation.

From October 2014 to February 2020, Peter was the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits at Flowserve Corporation, where they led the design and strategy of compensation and benefits in over 50 countries. Peter also had responsibilities in executive compensation, M&A, global mobility programs, and the design and administration of incentive programs.

Peter has also held various roles at Flowserve Corporation, including Director of Human Resources for Corporate Functions, Director of Human Resources for the Power and GI Sector and Operational Functions, and Director of Human Resources for the General Industries Sector. Additionally, they served as a Manager of Human Resources at Flowserve Corporation from 2007 to 2010.

Before joining Flowserve Corporation, Peter held leadership positions at Mautner Markhof Aktiengesellschaft as the Head of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Representative. Peter also worked as a Financial Controller Assistant at Austria Hefe Aktiengesellschaft and as a Food and Beverage Controller at EVENTHOTEL PYRAMIDE****.

Peter Luisser has a Master's degree in Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Development and HR Management from PEF Privatuniversität für Management Wien, completing it from 2004 to 2005. Peter also has a Master's degree in Finanz-, Rechnungs- und Steuerwesen from FHWien der WKW, awarded from 1999 to 2003. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Hospitality Administration/Management at Tourismusschulen MODUL, where they attended from 1992 to 1997.
