Ceyla Beller Ozgun

Ceyla Beller Ozgun has extensive experience in learning and development, particularly in executive leadership and diversity initiatives, with a notable tenure at 3M from April 2019 to November 2023. In this role, Ceyla served as the Global Learning Leader for Executive Leadership Development, specializing in change management and executive coaching, and also as the Global Learning Leader for the Culture, Equity, Community Portfolio, focusing on diversity and inclusion. Prior to 3M, Ceyla held various human resources positions at Arcelik and Beko Elektronik, and worked as an HR consultant at I.D.E.A Danismanlik. Ceyla holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, both from Istanbul University.
