Dave Youngblom

Dave Youngblom is a Plant Engineering Supervisor at 3M, overseeing multiple departments including tool shops, high-volume production areas, and warehousing operations. They began their career in the transportation group of the United States Air Force from 1986 to 1989, later working as an autobody technician and mechanic. Over the years, Youngblom held various positions as a toolmaker and CNC machinist before assuming their current supervisory role in 2006. They earned a diploma in Tool and Die Technology from Hennepin Technical College between 1995 and 1997.
