Dora Paolucci

Dora Paolucci has over two decades of experience in project management and technical leadership across multiple industries, primarily with 3M, where roles included Global Leader of the Project Management Office for the Abrasive Systems Division and Technical Manager for the Traffic Safety and Security Division. Paolucci has a strong background in commercialization, having led cross-functional teams in the Personal Safety Division as well as serving as a Project Commercialization Leader at DuPont for Kapton Films. Additional experience includes senior project management at KaVo Kerr, focusing on the NOMAD handheld X-ray product line, and significant research positions within 3M and earlier roles developing proprietary technologies. Paolucci holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Richmond.
