Egle Gradeckaite

Egle Gradeckaite has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Egle is currently working at MongoDB as a Lead Technical Recruiter, where they are responsible for filling open positions with engineers and collaborating with extended partners. Prior to their current role, they held positions as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at the same company. Egle started as an Associate Technical Recruiter in 2019, covering various business units and playing a key role in building out the MongoDB Realm engineering teams.

Before joining MongoDB, Egle worked at Next Generation Recruitment as a Data Science Technology Recruiter. Egle'sresponsibilities included managing the full recruitment cycle and providing consultancy to hiring managers regarding recruitment market and interview process optimization. Egle also had an internship role as a Data Science Researcher and Recruitment Intern, where they focused on organizing databases and optimizing the search engine.

Egle's work experience also includes a sales internship at Champions Life Academy, where they received intensive sales training and applied it in door-to-door fundraising. Egle developed commercial awareness in the charity sector and achieved recognition for acquiring long-term supporters for the Children's Trust charity.

Throughout their work experience, Egle has built expertise in technical recruitment, data science, and sales.

Egle Gradeckaite completed their high school education at Vilnius Radvilu Gymnasium from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Egle then pursued higher education at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in BSc Social Science.
