Florent Boda

Florent Boda is currently the Directeur des opérations at 3M, overseeing the value chain for adhesives in Tilloy, which includes coordinating the reception, manufacturing, quality, and shipping of products. Previously, they held various positions at West Pharmaceutical Services from 2004 to 2007, including Responsable d’unité de production and Responsable développement process, where they led teams and managed production scheduling and process development. At 3M from 2007 to 2009, Florent served as Responsable Lean and later as Manager Supply Chain, managing teams and implementing lean projects that improved performance metrics.
