Gisele Lira Machado has over 16 years of experience in marketing and trade marketing, currently serving as Gerente Trade Marketing at 3M since February 2007, with a focus on professional retail channels and wholesale markets. Previous roles at 3M include Gerente Trade Marketing Pleno and Gerente de Trade Marketing, with responsibilities in product management, market research, sales campaigns, and portfolio management.
