Jason Justin

Jason Justin has over two decades of experience in engineering and manufacturing roles, primarily with 3M Company, where Jason has held various positions since 2006, currently serving as Lead Business Supply Chain Engineer Specialist in the Personal Safety Division. Responsibilities include providing global support for reusable respirator cartridges and developing coated lenses for respiratory products. Prior to this role, Jason served as a Senior Manufacturing Technology Specialist and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on production support and quality management. Before joining 3M, Jason worked at Seagate Technology as a Sustaining Engineering Manager and a Vacuum Metals Process Engineer, overseeing engineering activities in recording head operations. Jason's career began at 3M in 1995 as a Technical Aide in the Traffic Control Materials Division. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
