Marion Happe

Marion Happe has diverse experience in engineering and process management across multiple industries. Marion began with an internship at Leroy Merlin in logistics, followed by a graduate program at Tata Steel Europe, where roles included positions in the Compliance and Transformation departments focusing on quality assurance and process optimization. Achievements include significant reductions in production incidents and the successful implementation of safety measures in manufacturing. Marion has also worked as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Heineken and a WCM Intern at Saint-Gobain, contributing to process development and employee training initiatives. Currently, Marion is a Process Engineer at 3M, leveraging a strong educational background in industrial engineering, chemical processes, and logistics management from institutions including HEI and the Université de Montréal.
