Paul Roberts

Paul Roberts is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial sector. They began their career at Land O'Lakes, Inc. as a Supply Chain FP&A Financial Analyst and served in various roles until 2013. Following that, Paul worked at 3M from 2019 to 2022 as a Global FP&A Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, before returning to 3M in 2024 as the Global Finance Manager for the General Industrial Channel. Paul holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
