Sanne Glaser

EMEA Customer Process Project Lead

Sanne Glaser currently serves as the EMEA Customer Experience Manager at 3M since December 2018, focusing on resolving customer issues and implementing improvement projects based on customer feedback. Previously, Sanne held the position of Sales Manager for the Benelux Abrasive Systems Division at 3M, overseeing sales operations in the Benelux and Central Europe regions. Early career roles involved sales and administrative tasks at Creyf's Uitzendbureau and Highline Starters en Young Professionals. Sanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a HAVO High School diploma from Coenecoopcollege.
