Steffan Bremer Refslund

Steffan Bremer Refslund has extensive experience in sales and account management within the Abrasives Systems Division and Commercial Solutions Division at 3M, holding various positions since August 2008, including Regional Sales Manager for the Nordic Region and Sales Manager for Denmark and Sweden. Responsibilities have included collaborating with key account clients in the petrochemical, retail, and rail sectors, implementing pull effect strategies, and working with strategic agencies and architects in the Danish market. Prior to joining 3M, Steffan was a Sales Consultant at Damgaard-Jensen A/S and at 3M Company. Steffan holds a degree in Marketing from Aarhus University, complemented by an earlier education at Aarhus Erhvervsakademi.
