Michael Griffiths

Michael Griffiths brings extensive experience in business development and retail management, currently serving as the National Business Development Manager for Costco at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Since September 2008, Michael has been involved with Hockey Canada as a Certified Level Three Hockey Official. Prior roles include Director of Retail Sales at Thomas Foods Canada, where responsibilities encompassed building brand presence and improving operational efficiency. Michael also has a strong background in analytics and client services from tenure at Advantage Group International. As a former Small Business Owner and MasterChef Canada finalist, Michael possesses culinary expertise alongside management experience in education, having worked as a lecturer and graduate research assistant at the University of Guelph. Michael holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and multiple degrees from Brock University.
